Two Dolls I cant seem to identify

I have these two dolls I can't seem to figure out what the manufacture is or find any identification markings on either of them.

I have tried to look online and can't locate either one.

If anyone has any idea about these dolls please reach out to me. It would be much appreciated.

The one in pink is a wind-up doll with music that plays. The white one is just on a stand and has a little umbrella attached to it.
