There once was a doll named Lilly-

by Jamie
(Maryland)

I have an antique doll with a pretty porcelain painted face, blue eyes, glued on light brown hair and the name Lilly on the back of her neck.

Her body is leather with sawdust stuffing. Her hands and forearms are also porcelain. She is about 22 inches long and has a long beige christening dress that goes with her.

She is in decent shape although she is leaking sawdust from the bendable knee joints.

I have another doll that is stamped on her body "Genuine Madam Hendren, 4724." She is 27inches, has porcelain or bisque head, arms and legs, with a cloth body.

She has glued on brown hair, blue eyes that open when she is upright and is wearing a pinafore with shoes and socks.

She has on of those mechanisms that make her sound like she is crying when you move her. She is in decent shape as well.

If anyone has any ideas or information to pass on to me I would appreciate it.

Small doll has a signature and a square with like a double circle in it winds up plays music and the doll moves.
