Porcelain movable babydoll

I bought this doll at a yard sale! Fell in love with it, and just curious to know more of its background.
The women I bought it from told me it was her mother’s doll when she was a lil girl! Her mother looked as if she could be around 70-75 years of age.
That’s all I know of this doll! No markings, all porcelain
