I have 2 dolls with Lastic Plastic across their back next to neck. Neither are the Squalling Baby.
I've seen one other LasticPlastic doll other than squalling baby on ebay. It happens to be a black doll.
I have tried researching but always come up with the squalling baby.
If anyone know the story behind the Lastic Plastic dolls, will you please let me know.
