Is my doll worth anything

My grandmother left me a doll that was hers. It seems to be porcelain and has the word Germany on the back of her head, with some numbers.
Her body was held together with A rubberband that dried up and broke. It’s been in my closet for almost 30 years.
I would sell it if I found the right buyer.
