Holland dutch boy wood shoes Marked W

I found this little guy at a yard sale and would appreciate any info on this guy.

I don't think he is worth alot, but I am interested in some info.

Holland dutch boy porcelain painted head and hair Marked with a W. He has wood shoes and has a little blue pants and jacket and underneith is a blue and white striped color material. he has two small "buttons" at the front neck.
