Help me identify

Have had this doll for 40 years, bought her at a flea market. She has been sitting on a shelf since. She is the only one I have.

She is 18inches high, I believe she is wearing original clothing. She has a bisque head, arms, and legs with a cloth body.

She is wearing red and white knee socks which are stuck to her body and cannot be removed. On her face, her eyes are blue, no eyebrows, and she is not really smiling, her mouth is slightly open and you can see a little tongue and teeth.

Her hair is brown. Her bisque is badly cracking on her arms and legs.
