Grandmother's Legacy

I received my Toni doll as a gift from my maternal grandmother on the day I was born, September of 1954. She has lived in her original box ever since and has yearly visits with me.

Because she is in mint condition, I wonder what she is valued at? Of course, to me, she is priceless and I will not part with her. My daughter, and now my four granddaughters, visit her on my birthday every year and we marvel at her perfect features and clothes.

I can't tell you why I never "played" with her, but she has brought me countless hours of pleasure nonetheless.

Toni dolls came in different sizes. They have different numbers. There are always Toni dolls on eBay for sale.

If it is in perfect condition and has original clothes, shoes, box it would be worth more than others that are used, have no box, missing clothes, etc.

I have a 14 inch Toni I got for a small price because she is missing those things, but I just wanted one because I had one in the 50's, but it was lost. They are beautiful.
