German or Italian 1970s talking doll

This 52cm plastic doll was passed down to me by my sister in law. It was bought in Germany in 1970s and had a German-speaking voice disk (no longer with it)
She looks, however, a lot like some of the Italian Seminole dolls of the same era. I cannot find out anything about the manufacturer’s mark on the back of her head. Can you help to identify what makes she is please?
