Doll Origin

A friend of mine is looking to identify this doll. It belonged to his wife's great grandmother.
It's porcelain and 4" tall.
The clothing seems to be sewn onto the doll. The jacket and skirt are green. The shoes and stockings are painted on.
She has little lace bloomers on. I can't find any markings on her at all. Thank you.
