I found her in an auction she's beautiful I know nothing about her, Her skin is kind of soft (rubbery), she is full of wool, her hands and ears are all natural very graph details.

She has breast form and butt, eyes open and close, made in U.S.A. with number #45953-1325-25.

Can you help her and help me name her. Thank you, do you know her?

Page 206 of the book ARRANBEE DOLLS by DeMillar Brevik shows a doll with a one piece latex body, with flexible hips construction that looks the same as your doll. The doll in the book is a 1954 possible "Mother's Little Helper".

This type of body is prone to tearing and/or darkening. Your doll's body seems to have survived very well.
