I was given this adorable doll today. Think she's like 13 14 inches. Maybe lil bigger but not much.

She's either bisque or porcelain hands, arms, legs, feet and face and head and cloth body with like a clothed stuffing I seen around neck and she packed tight.

Her head is bald. Eyebrows and lashes painted. I guess original clothes with the bonnet. Looks life-like detailed face and she's sleeping. Has a china sticker on foot and a half a rooftop with chimney on back of head with a R under it.

Just curious as to how old she is and the maker. Theres a few pore-like Mark's on her legs and head and hands. Clothing looks old and the sewing is weird.

Can u help me identify her age and name she may be called and make plz. I love her.
