Celluloid Doll

I have a doll which was given to my mother on her 4th birthday in 1922.
The marking at the base of the scull is a round shape as for a head with the arms on either side in a 'C' shape.
It has glass eyes.
Reasonable condition. Elastic holding head, arms and legs in place has perished and needs replacing.
