Beautiful little mystery girl

Hi! My boyfriend and I went to a local flea market and he bought a little doll I had fallen in love with.

The doll is about 12 inches tall and made out of (what I think) composite material. She has no markings on her back/neck/soles of feet.

Clothes don't have tags either. There is some cracking throughout her body, but none on her face. She has bright red lipstick, painted brows, faux hair eyelashes and blue eyes with the "sleepy" mechanism.

Her hair is synthetic and dark brown, which is glued to her head like a small wig and braided into two pigtails secured with thread.

I'm assuming her outfit is based on Polish or another European country's folk wear. No shoes. She is also wearing a black mesh-like hair bonnet.
