Baffled

I have an antique doll not sure if it is paper mache or composite.
The doll is 24" has painted face with eyelashes. canvas body painted shoes.
The marking below the neck is W_K_S INO, she has a purple silk dress with some lace, a matching hat and blonde wig mohair I think Can't find anything similar on the net HELP?
