Armand Marseille with tongue?

I purchased this doll because it has a tongue. I can't find anything that states the 251 mold has a tongue.
Also, she has a mark I cannot identify under the 251 mold number and above Germany. Also has a patent number.
Thought maybe it was made for Sears and Roebuck. It has something loose in the inside. A crier?
It is socket head all composition jointed with bent limbs.
