30" doll I was given (used) in the early 1970's

A friend gave my mother a bunch of toys that her kids had outgrown. Among them was this 30" doll.
I am not able to find any marks on her, and I don't have the original outfit she was wearing (I believe I received her nude). I have found similar dolls, but either the size isn't right, or their feet are made for high heels. Her feet are flat. Her head is rubber, body is hard.
