I found this little lady on a market stall in Banbury.
She's 3" tall with molded hair (looks like she could have been intended as some kind of bauble judging by the ribbons on her hat).
Only marking I can find is a "USA" stamp on her ankle which was too small to see on this device even when zoomed in.
She seems to be made of some kind of plastic (a friend has suggested cellulose nitrate) and has obvious mold seams in some places.
Legs immobile, arms move at the shoulders and seem to be on the same axle.
