Identify doll

Hello!
My mother has an antique doll. One day the doll was broken and she lost the doll's head (sorry for my English).

We only have the body and some marked letters: one of them is "R" or "G" (I'm not sure, probably G) and two inked letters "DU".

The doll has closed mouth and big eyes and a blue felt coat.
