Bluerose - seeking ARI doll info

I have just bought 2 little 3 inch and a bit rubber dolls that look like what they seem to point to - ARI dolls. Mine however look a little older than a baby in facial structure and not an adult. Mine also have the painted on red shoes but mine have red straps on the shoes and I haven't seen that before online.

Could someone tell me what you think about my dolls like what year they were made. On the back is a triangle between the shoulder blades then the word GERMANY then a four digit number under that.
