Who is this lovely doll?

I purchased this doll on Ebay. She is 17" tall and has no markings. Her walking mechanism works. I think her dress might be an original. Her eyes open and close. She has a felt tongue and teeth. Her wig is glued on and she is all lightweight hard plastic.

I'd really like to find out her name and who she was manufactured by. I am planning on making a scrapbook of the dolls in my doll collection.

Thank you.

Who is this lovely doll?

Hopefully I can help with the assistance of an out of print book: Hard Plastic Dolls by Polly & Pam Judd (1985). I need more pictures, one of face, one of the hip joint from the side, one of her lower backside.
