unknown (bisque?)head and doll marked only 2 1/2 and Jumeau on body

I have had this doll awhile now and am stumped as to her origins.

She wears an amazing and very old, almost royal like silk dress with great detail, she has marked on her back in dark blue ink jumeau medaille d'or.

Her head and face is made of a bisque type material but I have never seen a doll with such a pale powdery face as her...she is in all original condition.

I have never seen such a pale cream colored tone as this.....................would really appreciate any suggestions, she is marked on the back of her head 2 1/2 and nothing else, thank you kindly .
