Three dolls to identify

Can someone help me please?

My grandmother has these three fashion dolls and I have no idea what they are.

The first one is approx. 6 inches and is hard plastic. She has moving or 'sleeping' eyes.

The second one is approx. 7 inches and has high heel shaped feet.

The third one is 11 1/2 inches (like a barbie). If you can give me any clues, please do.
