Your doll is a Ginger doll made by ideal also but unmarked to save fee. She should have a small dimple in her chin. This face was also used for Snow White and Cinderella dolls.

Shirley Temple 20" Doll. by: Anonymous
I have a 20" Shirley Temple Doll and it has just "Shirley Temple" written on the back only, not on the head and no mention of "Ideal". The clothes and badge are original.
I am at least hoping SHE is an original - I purchased her just recently and cannot find out through the Internet if "she is" or if "she is not".
I thought all Shirley Temple Dolls showed the size, so why does my doll not have any 20?

I have this same doll. It looks like a 20" composition Shirley Temple doll, but the only markings on the doll is a "20*" in the middle of her back.
