I have an old doll that has E.I.H. Co., Inc. stamped on the back of the head along with a "C" in a circle, which I assume means copyright.

She's about 12 inches tall, has open and shut eyes and parted lips where you can see inside the mouth to see her baby teeth.

If anyone has any info, or if this is just an old doll, please let me know.

I also have a doll that has a porcelain head, hands and feet, and the body is cloth. She's ten inches high and has painted on features. Her painted on boots are the button up style.
