Rosebud 6" doll. Made in England

by Fiona
(Perth. WA. Australia)

Amongst my mothers things I have found Rosebud.

She is 6" tall and made of hard plastic. She is standing, her legs do not bend. Her arms are jointed and move. Her eyes open and close.

She is dressed in a green undergarment and a green ball gown which appears quite old. She has a St Christopher medal attached to an embroidered pink ribbon at her waist.

My mother was born in 1920 and this doll was hers. Do you know when these dolls were first made? This doll was passed to me and I would like to pass it to my granddaughter with some information. Thanks
