Learning to repair dolls and hand sculpt my own

Three years ago I started making art dolls
and this is great because it taught me to make
bodies of all types. I think this is true the
more knowledge a person gains of dolls the more
expensive doll this person desires.

I just bought a Handwerck 235and 139. H-710
because I like the look on her face, could you
tell me if other dolls have the exact same mark
is the H-710 refer to the 7 hundredth doll?

Also why are some of these marked dolls 30.00
and almost the same one even with lots of repair
asking 300.00
