Hello, I have two dolls that have no makers mark that I know nothing about,

I think they are a hard plastic/ ceramic type material and I was told the blonde doll was Shirley Temple and the dark haired one is Pat from the 1950's?

I cannot find anything like them on Google, can anyone please confirm whether or not that they are Shirley Temple and Pat or tell me if they are not what they are?
