Inquiry about R&B doll

I have a doll marked R&B, which is 19" tall wearing a dress of a white top and a printed skirt. She is also wearing a velvet vest.

This doll does not have hair but she is made of rubber, and head has "hair" in the rubber molding of the head. (Does that make sense?)

She is a hand me down, and that's all I know about her, besides that she's been in the family for as long as I can remember. My mom was born in 1920, and I know this doll is from before my time. My mom called her a Vaseline doll, because her face is oily feeling.

She has a cloth body to the shoulder, where the arm is connected, and mid thigh where the legs are connected.

I don't know what else to tell you about her. If there are any questions, I'll be glad to attempt to answer them. I'd love to know something about her.
