Help me identify this doll!

I was given this doll as a gift 25 years ago by a client who was 98 years old. She stated she thought the doll looked like me.

I have cherished it and enjoyed looking at it on my shelf. I know nothing about how old she is or what kind of doll she is.

I was hoping someone would be able to recognize her!
