We have a bisque doll - on the back shoulders it says "My original" and I believe the name is Dorothy Emm???
At that spot is the hole for the attaching of the cloth body. On the left side of the back is written a first name that begins with Va, then again the hole for attaching to the body is in the middle of the first name, but the last name is Henderson.
It's either an Edwardian or Victorian style woman doll. Beautiful face, painted face, hair. Any ideas what I have here? My husband's mother collected dolls; she knew her stuff, so I think this is a nice doll.
