CHINESE DOLLY?

Hi there,
I have this lovely rag/cloth dolly who I think is Chinese. She has gorgeous clothes although they could do with a good clean in silk, lace and velvet.

She is about 12 inches tall. I currently have her and others I found in mum's attic on eBay. Her features are sewn on.
