Can you tell me about this doll?

I recently bought an old doll from a local woman who was moving. I just thought her clothing was beautiful, however I know nothing about her.

I believe that her head is paper mache (Due to the look of a small dent in the back of her head) while she has a stuffed cloth body.

She is wearing white bloomers, a white slip, dress, and apron. In the picture I have pulled back the apron to show dress detail.

On her should blade area she is marked with a 6 on her left side and on her right side a "H" with what appears to be a line coming out of and off to the side a little.

I would love to know about what year and country she is from and what she is worth.
