I have this doll and she has a serial number on her and she is signed but I can't read all of the name.

Could anyone help me find out what the last name and what her worth is?

Her Serial # is 7378FA Made by Joyce A. (Wa something) She looks like she has a porcelain face and hands with a soft pellated body. She is really cute.
