A mystery?

I received these little darlings from my mother in law about 3 years ago. They are bisque, marked Germany on the necks.

They are 4" each with original clothing and celluloid soothers for each.

I have been searching for their identity since I received them. I believe them to be Dionne Quints but have found nothing similar to them
