A Female Russian Doll

Hi

I bought this beautifully crafted porcelain Russian Doll at a Garage Sale. I was told by the owner that it has been in the family for many years as a collector item.

It looks like it is because on the bottom edge of the skirt there is a tag that has an inscription of some sort which as a layman I cannot identify.

I am enclosing a couple of photos to give you an idea what it looks like.
