5" porcelain doll

It has GERMANY printed on the back, no other numbers on the body. There is a tag in the box that is small heart shaped and says LOVE ME.
It has arms and legs that are attached by small wires from inside. It has green eyes and a somewhat cupie appearance with a slight curl on top of the head.
I used to play with it at my grandmas when I was young and she gave it to me. That would have been approx 1975. I get the impression she had it much longer
